3. Degree Collection & Distribution Process
For Students Attending Convocation
✔️ Students who opted for “YES” during registration will receive an email invitation.
✔️ They must be present at their designated regional center to collect their degree/diploma/certificate.
For Students Who Did Not Attend the Convocation
If you did not attend the convocation, your degree can be collected in three ways:
1️⃣ In-Person Collection: Visit your regional center after March 5, 2025.
2️⃣ By Post: If convocation was not held at your regional center, your degree will be sent by post.
3️⃣ Missed Convocation: If you registered but could not attend, your degree will be sent via post.
